Justin Jacobs started True Blue Construction in 2017 with a pickup truck, a tape measure, and a phone that he answered every time it rang. Nine years later, the phone is still answered, the truck is now a fleet, and the company has self-perform crews for concrete, framing, and finish carpentry.
