True Blue ran a 14,000 sqft clinic buildout for us, on a live campus, and finished eleven days ahead of the contracted schedule. Their PM was on site every morning at 6 AM and the closeout binder was the cleanest I've ever received.

We tore down the entire interior of a 1920s bungalow and the Calloway crew treated it like their own house. Daily updates, no surprise charges, and the finishes are better than the renders. Already booking them for the basement.

A sprinkler line burst on a Friday night. True Blue's emergency line had crews on site in 47 minutes. They handled the insurance carrier directly, dried us in by Monday, and we held service that Sunday. Cannot recommend enough.

We interviewed four GCs. True Blue was the only one who walked the house with a tape measure on the first visit and called out the load-bearing wall before we even signed. Eight-week schedule, hit it to the day. Quality is unreal.

Self-perform concrete saved us roughly six weeks on the slab pour, and the foreman caught a steel discrepancy that the engineer of record had missed. These guys think like owners. Already lined up for our next building.

Our 1928 Tudor needed everything — kitchen, baths, basement, and original woodwork preserved. True Blue restored the arched openings and oak floors instead of replacing them. The house looks original and works modern. Pure craft.

Frequently asked.

How fast can I get a bid back?+

Most bids are returned in 10 business days. Hard-bid commercial work with full plans and specs can be quicker.

What kinds of projects do you take on?+

Major remodels, new builds, turns, maintenance, exteriors, interiors, design services, troubleshooting, and everything in between. Commercial, residential, and restoration.

What's your service area?+

Headquartered in Fridley, MN. We work the full Twin Cities metro (Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and the suburbs) and travel for larger commercial work across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Dakotas.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?+

Yes. MN License #BC722654, bonded to $25M, and fully insured. Certificates available on request before contract signing.

Do you handle disaster response after a fire, storm, or water loss?+

Yes. We handle restoration work for property managers and building owners: fire, water, and storm damage, from stabilization through full rebuild. We work directly with your insurance carrier so you're not chasing paperwork. We do not staff a 24/7 phone line, so send the details and we'll get a team scheduled.

Can you handle preconstruction and budget planning before there are drawings?+

Yes. Estimating, budget planning, due-diligence walks, and conceptual pricing are part of how we open most jobs. You'll know what the project actually costs before anyone breaks ground.

Who's my point of contact during the build?+

A project manager is assigned to every project, so you'll have a dedicated contact along with 24/7 access to the project management app.
