A careful restoration of a 1928 Tudor: refinished oak floors, restored woodwork and built-ins, original brick fireplace preserved, and a refreshed dining room ready for another century. Kitchen rebuilt in keeping with the architecture, lower level finished, and the original sun porch preserved.
